I stumbled onto this gem of show while channel surfing recently & discovered a number of new places that I need to visit in the mitten.
One of the episodes features the great town of Rochester & catching fireflies even got a brief screen shot. And after watching the segment, I found out that there was an awesome skate park and great polish restaurant right down the street!
Other episodes include Ann Arbor, Port Austin, Grand Rapids, Cadillac, Detroit & Battle Creek... just to name a few. Under the Radar airs on Public Television, but you can also watch all the episodes online. They're great inspiration for a day trip or weekend get-away in our great state.
