What do you get when you mix a sunny 80' Saturday, creative artists, talented musicians, tasty treats and fun activities?
A recipe for good times! And that's exactly what this year's Berkley Art Bash delivered.
Shoppers enjoyed perusing the large variety of goods offered by a diverse group of 70 artists.
Kids also got a chance to get crafty thanks to the Berkley Dance Team. It was hard to choose just one!
Firetruck tours were a big hit.
And with what energy they had left, they could bounce, bounce, bounce...
and slip, slip slide to their heart's content.
The Berkley Chamber of Commerce kept busy all day selling tickets, water and making sure everything was running smoothly... and boy-oh-boy they did a fantastic job!
Loads of tempting treats were available to snack on.
Even Local Channel 4 celebrity, Karen Drew was spotted enjoying the festivities with her friends.
Sweet tunes flowed throughout the day with Brazil and Beyond.
Company of Strangers rocked the stage with some bold bluegrass.
And Linda's Danceworks entertained the crowd with some fun numbers. Aren't those monkey-suits the cutest?
Maggie's Farm ended the fun day with some soulful songs.
I kept quite busy bouncing back between the store, chamber booth and such, but I did manage to snag a couple of art wares for myself.
I love my new birch bark earrings from Birds Gather and hand printed tee from ellembee.
Thanks to all of you who came out and partied with us. I hope you found a handmade treasure or two, enjoyed beautiful downtown Berkley and were able to drink in all the day's events.
Till next year!

LOVE the shirt and earrings you got for yourself! Looks like tons of fun and it looks like you had lovely weather for the event. We are finally having a little sun around here for the past couple of days. : )
